A qualified repair service provider is available to MAN Truck & Bus SE and the MAN service organization for the repair process of the service computers. This is a logistics service provider and repair company in one. By optimizing this process, the repair time is reduced. The standard repair time within the guarantee is 5 working days for Europe including collection and return.
Please note that the repair company does not take data backup or MAN-cats® data disposal.
